This policy applies to customers ordering from Poland and should be read together with our Terms of Service, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable Polish or European Union consumer protection law.

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship products to Poland where delivery is available during checkout.

Delivery availability may depend on:

  • the customer's delivery address;

  • product availability;

  • courier service coverage;

  • logistical restrictions;

  • applicable laws and regulations; and

  • other operational factors.

If we are unable to deliver an order to the address provided, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

2. FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

We currently offer free standard shipping for eligible orders placed through lowusn.shop.

Where free standard shipping applies, no separate standard delivery fee will be charged to the customer.

If an optional expedited, premium, or special delivery service is offered, any additional charge will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.

You will not be charged additional delivery costs without your knowledge and agreement.

3. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed as soon as reasonably practicable after they are received and accepted.

Processing may include:

  • order verification;

  • customer information verification;

  • Cash on Delivery confirmation where necessary;

  • inventory checks;

  • preparation and packaging; and

  • transfer of the parcel to a shipping or logistics provider.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next applicable business day.

If an order requires additional verification, we may contact you using the email address or telephone number provided during checkout.

4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

The applicable estimated delivery time, where available, will be displayed on the Website, product page, checkout page, order confirmation, or other information provided to you when placing your order.

Delivery times are estimates unless we have expressly agreed to a specific guaranteed delivery date.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

  • the destination;

  • courier capacity;

  • order processing;

  • public holidays;

  • weather conditions;

  • transportation disruptions;

  • customs procedures where applicable;

  • local delivery conditions; and

  • circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Under applicable Polish and European Union consumer law, unless a different delivery time has been agreed with you, goods will generally be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the sales contract.

5. CASH ON DELIVERY

We offer Cash on Delivery ("COD") where this payment option is available during checkout.

For COD orders:

  • payment is normally collected when the parcel is delivered;

  • the total amount payable will be displayed before the order is confirmed;

  • the customer must provide accurate delivery and contact information;

  • the customer should ensure that the parcel can reasonably be received at the delivery address; and

  • the courier may contact the customer before delivery.

Where required by the courier, payment may need to be made using a payment method accepted by that courier.

Any additional COD fee, if applicable, will be disclosed before the order is placed.

If no COD fee is displayed during checkout, no separate COD fee will be charged by us.

6. COD ORDER VERIFICATION

To reduce fraudulent or incorrect orders, we may verify certain Cash on Delivery orders before shipment.

Verification may be carried out by:

  • email;

  • telephone;

  • SMS where available; or

  • another reasonable method of communication.

If we cannot verify information necessary to fulfill the order, we may contact you for clarification.

We will not cancel a valid consumer order arbitrarily, and any action we take will remain subject to applicable consumer protection law.

7. ORDER CONFIRMATION

After placing an order, you may receive an electronic order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

Please review the confirmation carefully.

If you notice an error in your:

  • name;

  • telephone number;

  • delivery address;

  • product selection; or

  • other order information,

please contact us as soon as possible at:

support@lowusn.shop

We will make reasonable efforts to correct the information before the order is dispatched.

8. SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please ensure that your address includes all information necessary for successful delivery, including where applicable:

  • full name;

  • street and house number;

  • apartment or unit number;

  • postal code;

  • city;

  • country; and

  • telephone number.

We recommend checking your shipping information carefully before completing your order.

9. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

If a parcel cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect or materially incomplete address, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the parcel has not yet been dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the address.

Once a parcel has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

If a parcel is returned to us because of materially incorrect customer-provided information, we will contact you regarding the available options.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory consumer rights.

10. SHIPPING CARRIERS

We may use third-party postal, courier, fulfillment, or logistics companies to deliver orders.

The specific carrier may depend on:

  • the destination;

  • product size and weight;

  • warehouse or fulfillment location;

  • courier availability; and

  • other logistical considerations.

Your name, address, telephone number, email address, and other information reasonably necessary to deliver your order may be provided to shipping and logistics providers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. TRACKING INFORMATION

Where tracking is available, tracking information may be provided by:

  • email;

  • SMS;

  • your order status page; or

  • another available communication method.

Tracking information may not become active immediately after shipment.

There may be a short delay between the creation of a tracking number and the first tracking update by the carrier.

If you have not received tracking information where tracking was expected, please contact:

support@lowusn.shop

12. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

The courier may attempt delivery at the address provided in your order.

Depending on the carrier, if no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may:

  • attempt delivery again;

  • contact you by telephone or message;

  • leave instructions for redelivery;

  • deliver the parcel to an authorized collection point; or

  • return the parcel to the sender.

The exact procedure depends on the carrier and applicable local delivery rules.

13. CASH ON DELIVERY – CUSTOMER UNAVAILABLE

For Cash on Delivery orders, please make reasonable arrangements to receive the parcel.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, please follow the courier's instructions for redelivery or collection.

If a parcel is returned because delivery could not reasonably be completed, please contact us at:

support@lowusn.shop

We will review the circumstances and advise you of the available options.

Nothing in this section restricts your statutory right of withdrawal or any other mandatory consumer right.

14. REFUSED CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS

Customers should only place Cash on Delivery orders that they genuinely intend to receive.

Repeated intentional refusal of valid COD deliveries without legitimate reason may result in restrictions on the availability of Cash on Delivery for future orders, where permitted by applicable law.

However, refusal of delivery does not automatically remove or replace any statutory rights that a consumer may have.

In particular, consumers should follow the withdrawal procedure described in our Return & Refund Policy if they wish to exercise their statutory right of withdrawal.

15. DELIVERY DELAYS

Although we make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur.

Possible causes include:

  • unusually high order volumes;

  • courier delays;

  • severe weather;

  • public holidays;

  • transportation disruption;

  • customs procedures;

  • strikes;

  • emergencies;

  • incorrect delivery information;

  • technical problems; or

  • circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we become aware of a significant delay, we may contact you using the information provided with your order.

16. YOUR RIGHTS IN CASE OF LATE DELIVERY

If we fail to deliver the goods within the delivery period agreed with you, or, where no different period has been agreed, within the period required by applicable law, you may have statutory rights under Polish and European Union consumer law.

Where applicable, you may request that we complete delivery within an additional period appropriate to the circumstances.

If we fail to deliver within that additional reasonable period, you may be entitled to terminate the sales contract.

An additional period may not be required in certain circumstances where applicable law allows immediate termination, including where timely delivery was essential and this was made clear before the contract was concluded.

Where the contract is validly terminated because of failure to deliver, any amount that you have already paid will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

Cash on Delivery customers who have not yet made payment will not be charged for goods that were not delivered.

17. LOST PACKAGES

If tracking indicates that your parcel has not progressed for an unusually long period or you believe that it has been lost, please contact:

support@lowusn.shop

Please provide:

  • your name;

  • order number; and

  • any available tracking information.

We will review the shipment and, where appropriate, contact the carrier or logistics provider.

Where a parcel is confirmed lost before delivery to the customer, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law, which may include replacement or refund.

18. DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives visibly damaged, we recommend documenting the condition of the parcel and product as soon as reasonably possible.

Where possible, please take photographs showing:

  • the external packaging;

  • shipping label;

  • damaged area of the packaging;

  • product damage; and

  • the contents of the parcel.

Contact us at:

support@lowusn.shop

Please include your order number and a description of the problem.

Photographs can help us investigate the issue more quickly, but failure to provide photographs does not automatically remove any mandatory statutory rights.

19. INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS

If you receive:

  • the wrong product;

  • the wrong variant;

  • an incomplete order; or

  • an order with missing components,

please contact us at:

support@lowusn.shop

Include your order number and a description of what you received.

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

20. RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE

For consumers, responsibility for loss or damage during transportation remains with us until the goods are delivered to you or to a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, subject to applicable law.

If you independently select and arrange a carrier that was not offered by us, different legal rules regarding the transfer of risk may apply.

Nothing in this policy reduces any mandatory consumer protection concerning risk during delivery.

21. CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES, AND TAXES

Where products are shipped internationally, customs or import procedures may apply depending on the origin of the shipment, destination, and applicable law.

Any mandatory taxes, customs duties, import charges, or similar costs that the customer is required to pay will be disclosed where required and where known to us before the purchase is completed.

We will not intentionally impose undisclosed mandatory charges after an order has been placed.

Where prices are presented as including applicable taxes or duties, customers will not be charged those amounts again by us.

If a carrier or customs authority contacts you regarding an unexpected import charge, please contact us at:

support@lowusn.shop

before making a payment where clarification is required.

22. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

In some cases, an order containing multiple products may be shipped in more than one package.

You may therefore receive:

  • multiple parcels;

  • different tracking numbers; or

  • parcels delivered on different dates.

Where reasonably possible, we will provide information concerning separate shipments.

If part of an order has arrived but another part has not, please check all available tracking information before contacting us.

23. PRODUCTS SHIPPED FROM DIFFERENT FULFILLMENT LOCATIONS

Products may be stored or fulfilled from different warehouse or logistics locations.

The shipping origin of a product does not change the identity of the seller.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the seller for purchases made through lowusn.shop is:

PINK INVESTMENTS LIMITED

Your contractual and statutory consumer rights remain with us as the seller regardless of which fulfillment provider or shipping facility is used.

24. DELIVERY TO THIRD PARTIES

You may request delivery to another person or address where this option is available.

You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery information is accurate and that the person at the delivery address is authorized to receive the parcel.

For the purposes of applicable consumer law, delivery to a third party specifically designated by you may constitute delivery to you, except where that third party is the carrier itself.

25. ORDER CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible:

support@lowusn.shop

We will make reasonable efforts to stop the shipment.

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be operationally possible.

In that case, eligible Polish and EU consumers may still exercise their statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

26. 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For consumers in Poland, purchases made online generally benefit from a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to applicable exceptions.

For goods, this period generally begins when you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, receives the goods.

The right of withdrawal is separate from shipping and delivery rights.

Full details concerning:

  • withdrawal;

  • returns;

  • return shipping costs;

  • refunds; and

  • exceptions

are provided in our Return & Refund Policy.

27. DELIVERY INFORMATION BEFORE PURCHASE

We aim to make relevant delivery information available before you submit your order.

This may include, as applicable:

  • whether delivery is available to your location;

  • shipping costs;

  • delivery method;

  • estimated delivery time;

  • available payment methods;

  • Cash on Delivery availability; and

  • other relevant delivery conditions.

Please review all information displayed during checkout before confirming your purchase.

28. CHANGES TO THIS SHIPPING POLICY

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect:

  • changes in shipping services;

  • changes in courier arrangements;

  • changes in applicable laws;

  • changes to our business operations; or

  • other operational requirements.

Changes will generally apply to future orders and will not retroactively reduce the rights attached to an existing sales contract.

The latest version will be published on lowusn.shop with an updated "Last Updated" date.
