Accordingly, Polish consumers retain the protection of mandatory Polish and European Union consumer law where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to waive a mandatory right to bring proceedings before a competent court available to that consumer under applicable law.

35. CONSUMER DISPUTES AND ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
